What is Montbell's return policy for outdoor gear?
We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, climbing hardware cannot be returned once it has left our facility.

To maintain loft and warmth, we recommend hand washing or using a front-loading machine on a gentle cycle with down-specific detergent. Always tumble dry on low heat with clean tennis balls to prevent clumping.

What does the Montbell lifetime warranty cover?
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. It does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care, negligence, or damages caused by accidents.
