Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box and include the printed return form or authorization number inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship to Montbell

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
